Silverdale Boarding School For The Gifted DO NOT REPLY

Lots of people were smoking in the room including Jamie who was now upstairs. People were going up and downstairs. By the time the party had ended Tyler knew that most of Joes possesions would be pocketed.

Seth yawned as he got dressed, his hair still soaking wet from the shower. He brushed his hand across it allowing water to spray all over the mirror. When he was satisfied he headed to the cafeteria for breakfast.

Maybe drumming wasn't such a good idea now i have a really bad headache...i'm really hungry it's probably a good idea to go and eat nowThought Maya.
She put her drumsticks into her bag and hurried down the corridor. She joined the back of the queue wondering what to order.

Jake ordered grabbed his tray and went to sit down.

Saphira and Kyra headed to the cafeteria for breakfast after dumping the neat pile of clothes in their room. As soon as they got their Saphira made a dash for the line in the hope that she could get some of the yogurt.

Josh headed downstairs so he could get something to eat. Today he was going into town to buy his costume. The party was soon and he wanted to look his best.

There were plently of girls at the party but hardly nay were pretty. Most of them were plastered in cheap makeup with not enough clothing on. Later a girl walked in. She was very pretty and Tyler could tell that she wasnt like the others. She plucked a cigarette from Joe's mouth and stumped it out in a nearby ash tray. Joe didnt bother to react, he just took a new one from his pocket and lit it.

Tyler ended up staring at her for some time as she danced about with anyone who asked and casually removed cigarettes from random people. He glanced at the clock 5.45 am. It felt much later than that, he wondered what Kyra would be thinking.

Kyra waited at the usual table in the cafeteria. "AHH where is he" she thought. Tyler was meant to be meeting her there. She was just about ready to give up on boys. Seth was...well he was Seth and now Tyler. Maybe she would completly ignore the existance of the male species for the next year. He didnt know the way round yet. "Thats his problem if he gets lost" thought Kyra as she washed her hands of the matter.

Katia was thinking of possible ways of cheering Carter up, she decided on going shopping for costumes and random stuff , then catching a movie and getting smoothies or milkshakes later,Carter loved going shopping, she was thinking of anything else that would make her less depressed, maybe they could practice her song later, that would be good, but there was one thing on her mind that was the most important thing...
...how was she going to tell carter that she punched her?

Kyra sighed "has anyone seen Tyler?" she asked in a casual tone. Then she had an idea, she picked up hr phone and rang the number that she had found out when she payed Seth to get it.

Her language became violent when she heard the loud thudding music.
"Where are you" she shouted ignoring the people staring at her. She heard the first sentance and then hung up. "Hes at a party somewhere" she announced to the table.

Tyler sighed, he couldnt hear most of what Kyra had said but he knew from her tone that she was mad. He couldnt face her yet so he stayed at the party shoving the part of his that wanted to go back away.

Maya grabbed her food, paid and went to sit with Saphira.
"I'm really glad it's Saturday," Said Maya.
Saphira nodded.
Maya drank her hot chocolate her mood switching to a good one feeling the warm sweet liquid roll down her throat.

Jake sat there staring randomly into space thinking about last nights disasters.

"Anyway Kyra. SPEAKING of Tyler why was he in our room last night?" asked Saphira. "I mean one of us could have been getting dressed! He could of knocked."

Josh waited at the bus stop. He hoped he could find the perfect costume because he wanted to stand out from everybody. He saw the bus coming and rummaged around in his pockets for his bus fair.

Seth grabbed a bowl of cheerios from the cafeteria and sat as far away from Carter as possible. It was saturday and he had no plans at all.

Kyra sighed, she had planned for everyone to go out somewhere and it was Tyler's own fault that he was missing out. "I know! hes so rude, i dont like him and what if someone else had walked him with him sat on my bed! that would be worse it would go around the school in minutes" she said in agreement. Although she knew that she did like Tyler she wasnt prepared to admit it.
"So where do you want to go today?" she asked stupidly not acknowledging that other people probably had plans and that life didnt revolve around her.

Tyler took out a cigarette without thinking and lit it only to have it taken off him by the girl after the first few puffs. He hadnt even realised that it was in his hand and he didnt want it. She had done him a favor. He threw the rest of the packet at Joe who gratefully shoved them in his pocket in a 'too late to take them back' way.

Katias hand was shaking with pain, she wasn't going to the nurses office, she hates the way the nurse looks at her when she comes in with an injury from a punch up and she wasn't going to get some student with healing powers to heal it, if you take away all the risks and injurys whats life?
Her finger was twitching from the pain and she just tried to ignore it, but boy was it hard to.

Tyler smiled as the girl walked past him "Gooid choice" she praised at his last action.
"Shall we leave this party?" she asked, Tyler turned around to see who she was talking to and was surprised to find that nobody was behind him. "Me?" he asked
"No i was talking to myself" she laughed sarcastically. They both headed for the door and this time Jamie allowed them to leave. They walked to the bus stop and caught a bus into town. Tyler hoped that nobody he knew was there.

Maya listened in on Kyra's and Saphira's conversation she didn't understand what they were on about and she didn't want to ask.
It must be to do with whatever happened last night when i heard them talking. Thought Maya.

Jake was getting ready to catch the bus to the shops to buy his halloween costume. He grabbed his bus fare out of his suitcase and headed for the bus stop.

Saphira turned to Kyra.
"I need to go to town and buy a few bits a pieces. What you going to do?" she asked.

Alex got up and got dressed. Every time he tried to sleep he had the same weird dreams. He wondered if Sophie was awake yet so he pulled on some clothes, brushed his hair and headed downstairs for some toast.

Katia went to her room and found the first aid kit her uncle had sent her when he heard that she was getting into fights, she messily tied some bandage cloth round the cut and put the glove back on her hand, she must of looked a little wierd walking around only wearing 1 glove but she didn't really care.
She went back to the cafeteria to get more breakfast because she still felt empty.

"Yeah sure ill go to town" replied Kyra, she needed to stop at the textiles shop with her designs for haloween anyway.


When the bus arrived and The pair stepped off an unpleasent surprise awaited Tyler. At the same time someone he knew got off a bus and saw him. The girl paid no attention and grabbed his arm pulling him away from the scene. Tehy sat and talked near the fountain in the centre of town. "So..whats your name" asked the girl in a cheerful way. "Tyler" he replied. "Kegan" she replied as her firery hair flew across her face in thw wind. Tyler looked at the shops and realised that he didnt want to be in town. He wanted to be back at the school with his freinds. "You okay?" she aksed bringing his eyes back to her, "yeah" he replied "Lets go" he said as he held out a hand to help her up.

Jake and Maya also got on the bus after them.
Maya had no one to go to town with and either did Jake so they had agreed to go together. Maya didn't really need anything she jsut wanted to go to the new milkshake place in town.
Jake needed to buy his costume before the shops sold out. They stepped on and paid there fare's.

Carter stood up, fully dressed in todays outfit, she was going for a Sporty look, so she was wearing a cap, a tracksuit that was tight on her skin and trainers, and she had her hair back in a ponytail, she didn't feel like eating, but she was going to the cafeteria because she knew Katia would be there, she hoped that they could go shopping today because she saw posters for a Halloween party and had nothing to wear to it (surprisingly).

When the girls met up they went straight to the bus stop and got on the bus, discussing what clothes they were looking for and what flavour milkshake they were going to buy from the new milkshake place.

Kyra got off the bus and felt her heart smash as she caught a glimpse of Tyler holding a strange girls hand. "why do i care...he can do what he wnats with his life, i dont love him" she kept telling herself knowing that the others must have noticed too. She kept quiet most of the time they were in town and only spoke when spoken to.

Tyler hadnt noticed the arrival of half the school, he was caught up in his own little world which didnt involve anyone except him and Keygen.

Alex sat chewing his toast in the cafeteria. No sign of Sophie. He closed his eyes and though about what he was going to halloween as. He wanted to be scary. He wanted to catch everybody's eye and win the judges over. What was his worst nightmare. What halloween creature scared him most? He had it. He would go into town later and buy what he would need. He was going to strike terror into everybody's hearts.

Saphira found her bus fare and got up from the table.
"Want to come into town now?" she asked Kyra because she didn't want to go alone.

Sophie was having another dream about Alex. They kept getting worse and worse.
"AI AI AI!!!" He kept screaming. Sophie jolted up in bed and screamed.
"Oh my..." She tried to catch her breath. Maybe some breakfast would help. She brushed her hair and put on her clothes and made her way down to the cafeteria. She sighed and grabbed some pancakes.
Find Alex... Find Alex... Was the only thing running though her mind. She scanned the room and found him.
"Alex!" She shouted to him and swiftly walked over to the table.
"Alex, i need to talk to you. I had a weird dream recently and i wasn't sure if the same had happened to you..." Sophie started explaining her dream and eating her pancakes.

Alex faked laughter at the dream and grinned unconvincingly.
"NOPE! Nothing of the sort! I didn't get ANY sleep because of the screaming right outside of my door!" he felt bad for lying to Sophie but he felt that if he told the truth she would think he weird.

Carter and Katia got off the bus and headed straight for the new milkshake shop
Carter bought a Malteaser milkshake and Katia bought a mint Aero one.
They hung around outside the store for a while,
''So what happened last night?'' carter asked
''alot of things'' Katia answered
''i want a detailed description''
Katia sighed and told her what happened, even saying that Carter got punched...
...But leaving out that she was the one who did it

"Oh, i guess it's just me and my weird mind then..." Sophie felt stupid for telling him all of it.

"Serra? Serra open up." Claire banged on Serra's dorm door for about an hour.
"WHAT?!" A grumpy twin Serra answered the door.
"I want to talk to you, is there anyone in your room?" Claire looked around inside.
"No, come on in..." Serra sighed sarcastically and let Claire in.
"look, I just want to know something, are you going to the halloween party?" Claire hated asking this question but it had to be done.
"No, i'm going to the other party with you!" Serra hugged Claire and smiled, she was proud to have a twin sometimes.

"So Jake what are you going as for halloween?" Asked Maya.
"A shadow because i couldn't think of anything else, i've got the clothes i just need a mask," Said Jake sounding a bit down about his costume.
"So do you want to get your costume or go to the milkshake shop first?" Asked Maya.
"Yes i suppose so anything to take my mind off my rubbish costume."
Maya laughed stepped into the shop and froze in her tracks.
"Emma..." Maya whispered feeling her cheeks brightening up recognising an old friend.

Tyler saw Kyra walk past with a group of people from school and felt the elevl of guilt rise inside him. "Sorry Kegan, I have to go" he said as he left her and ran towards his freinds. There was something about her eyes that made him want to stay so he stared at the floor and didnt look back. "Hey" he said
Kyra glared at him "You finished hanging out with your girlfreind yet?"
" I think someone is JEALOUS" he teased
She glared at him and turned her back, as she walked off he grabbed her hand.
"Kyra she is not my girlfreind , i only just met her" he replied. She didnt reply but gave him a forgiving look.
