Silverdale Boarding School For The Gifted DO NOT REPLY

It was tiem to practice using powers. Kyra sighed, this probably wouldnt work. Infront of her was a broken computer and she was aiming to bring it back to life using quintessence. She concerntrated hard for ages but nothing happened. She closed her eyes and thought hard but still no success. Why was she failing. Kyra glanced around the class and was satisfied to discover people struggling just as much as she was.
"See its not so easy when your not using powers for trivial uses it is?" Mrs Talens called as she walked round the class.

Saphira frowned. This was stupid. She ALWAYS used her powers to do trivial things. She sighed as another first year from the long queue came up to her and presented a scab which she healed within seconds.

Healing healing healing. She felt like an ambulance. She wondered if Tyler was still mashed up or whether he had healed naturally.
"Idiot..." she muttered.

Sophie wasn't sure how to use her powers. She could always make kids happy with snow. Or sneak something with invisibility, but they were usually for herself.
"I don't know what to do!" Sophie sat next to Saphira and moaned. She just couldn't do anything trivial.

Danny spent his time with Lexy, he was bringing beck good memories for her. They always make people feel better.

Claire was sat making everyone's emotions happy, how dull. She did this almost everyday anyway. The only thing she was really working on was her "Object manipulation" as some people called it. She had a class of water which she kept turning into crystals and diamonds, then back again. Oh and not forgetting the old lead into gold trick.

Serra was sat on a chair outside near the fire exit, She was working with air. Becoming air wasn't easy, and there wasn't much she could do in air form anyway. But still, she tried.

'What kind of lesson is this?' Carter thought looking around the class at people preforming stunts with their powers, what wa she supposed to do, the power was the seven DEADLY sins, deadly, as in bad, evil, that you'll go to hell for them,
'Well since im bored i'll just sit back and relax' carter sat in a chair putting her feet up on the desk, her hair and eyes turned blue and she started shooting bubbles out of her hand and then they popped into a small shower of confetti that dissappered when it touched the ground

''Miss Jenners'' Carter looked up to see Mrs Talons
''errrr...i don't think theres name for it...errr....slothing?''

"You lost anything recently?" asked Alexa to Danny. It was her turn and she planned on helping find something lost using her 'X-ray' vision.

Josh handed a pot of flowers to a lower school girl who smiled and took it. Growing flowers for other people was so BORING!

Katia had just bought a bouquet of white roses from the old flower shop and made her way to the church
When she FINALLY got there she turned into the graveyard and easily found her way round to 2 graves, each 1 had half a picture stuck to the gravestone,
one grave had picture of a woman with short brown hair smiling brightly wearing a wedding gown, the other gravestone had the other part of the picture on it, it was of a man with black hair drooping over his eyes, he was also smiling and wearing a tux.
Katia laid the roses onto the womans grave,
''Happy Birthday mum...''
She sat inbetween the 2 graves and pulled a book from her bag and started reading, she was happy to be there and wouldn't of minded to stay the entire day.

"Sorry, i don't think i've lost anything today, but thanks for asking." Danny sat down and carried on practising with Lexy

The sun for friday rose, with the inspectors gone, pretty much everyone had a good night's sleep.
There weren't going to be any lessons today, even though it was a friday. Anyone who had voulenteered to help with the party was decorating the hall today. Fun.

Alex headed to the the hall before breakfast to see Mr. Agles rushing around and carrying a few pumpkins. He started stacking them in the cornor then stopped when he got to one at the bottom.
"Ok... WHO CARVED BREASTS INTO THE PUMPKINS?!" he screamed a few boys nearby sniggered.

This was going to be fun. Alex headed to the canteen so he could have some breakfast.

Sophie had gotten breakfast early and was already helping with the decorations. She was hanging a banner, which seemed no trouble. She just flew right on up and stuck it in place.
Alex appeared to pop his head around the corner, she waved to him but he must've missed it since he walked right back out. She carried on decorating the hall. Why didn't she think of flight yesterday when they were talking about using powers for good.

Serra and Claire were helping to decorate the girls' lounge for the little party, there were a couple of others there, but not many.

Alex finished his breakfast and went back to the hall where he saw Sophie flying and hanging up a banner. He grinned and greeted her in the air and began to fasten the other end of the banner up.
"You here Mr. Agles shouting about the pumpkin with breasts?" asked Alex.
"You should of heard him when he discovered the others..." she laughed.

after the graveyard Katia went shopping and had some MAJOR changes Made to her

When she got back it was very late at night so she went straight to bed

Carter had NO idea what look to go for today....so she could only go as 1 thing
she washed the black dye out of her hair and rumaged through her wordrobe for something she Actually LIKED
She hadn't tried on this style for years....

She walked outside her room to find Katia waiting for her,she took 1 look at Katia and her jaw almost hit the floor

Saphira had a lie in on Friday because she was tired from all the inspections. Her head didn't emerge from under the covers at all. Not even when Sophie tried to wake her before scooting down to breakfast and going to the hall.

Josh got dressed and turned to Tyler.
"You really should get that healed by Saphira or something." he said before pulling out his binmensnow DS and switching it on.

Carter continued to stare at Kat
She was wearing a black T-shirt that showed off her stomach that said they say theres no life after death, i say theres no life after birth and with red blood spatter patterns on it ,a pair of shiney black leather trousers with 6 different style chains on them, some very spikey heeled boots and a red waist coat with a black skull on the back..
...but the HUGE shocker was her head, she had gotton a black streak in the front of her hair, she was wearing thick black eyeliner and deep red eyeshadow and she had brand new multiple piercings a lip piercing, and eyebrow piercing a nose ring AND a tounge piercing
''What you looking at?!'' said Kat looking straight back at carter ''are we going to the hall to help set up or not?''
Carter forced herself from her 'so suprised she can't move' state and followed Kat to the hall where people were decorating for the halloween party

Maya opened the freezer door and felt the cold air rush over her body, she shivered and raised her hand towards the first ice sculpture.
I might be able to have enough control to do this. Thought Maya worriedly.
She focused all of her energy at the pumpkin ice sculpute and lifted it and started carrying it, if you could call it carrying, to the hall.

There was a huge board of black wood up against one wall of the hall, some people were painting pumpkins and candy on it.
Katia grabbed some paint and started painting on gnarled shapes and patterns, like glaring yellow evil eyes in the darkness and a old repulsive witch casting a hex on 3 girls cowering in the corner..
..she gave the 3 girls a slight resembalence to 3 other girlsthat Katia knew, only Kat could see the resembelance, she made sure that she didnt give them too many features so that people could tell who they were.

Lexy carried a tray of gingergbread ghost biscuits to the hall. She had made them yesterday in cookery class and was proud of them. She also had a batch og bats and pumpkins.

She went ibto the hall and placed them on one of the long tables draped in a black table cloth.

Tyler sighed and looked over to Josh "Dont tell anyone im back INCLUDING Saphira...please!" he said as he carried on staring at the ceiling. His stomach was rumbling loudly but he didnt want to be a pain so we wouldnt contact Marine...yet.

Marine nervously glanced around to check that nobody was following her before quietly opened Tyler's door.
"You okay?" she asked.
"Yeah thanks....a little hungry"
"OKAY! ill get you somethin'" she called as if he was 2 rooms away before happily bouncing away.

Seth saw Marine wondering round the boys block and frowned.
"What are you doing here?" he asked
"Dont be nosey, i was picking somethign up" she replied as she skipped off
There has to be more to it... thought Seth

Danny didn't feel very hungry, Lexy had already gone to help out with the party, it seemed everyone had signed up last minute. Danny thought he'd follow the trend and go help out too. He looked around the hall for something to do, he saw a large bin with a few pumpkins in it. He reached in to grab one to see what was so bad.
"heh." Danny snickered at the stupid designs people had carved into them
"You want something to do there danny? re-carve those pumpkins and make something out of them." Mr Agles handed him a knife and Danny started carving. It seemed like everyone was on the go this morning.

Sophie was in a really good mood today, she was helping with all the high-up decorations with Alex.
"What do you think?" She asked as she finished pinning up a banner.

Tha praty was tomorrow and Marine was deciding not to wear a costume as she had no time besides helping Tyler was more important.

Kyra caught a bus into town to pick up her outfit which fitted perfectly, all the bus journey there and back she scanned the streets for Tyler without success

Josh grinned at Tyler and turned back to his game.
"You sure you don't want some plasters or something?" he asked.

"Perfect. How about we put this bat streamers up above the table?"

Alexa put the last plate of cookies on the table and headed back to the kitchen. She wanted to make some muffins as well...

"Sounds good!" Sophie swooped down and grabbed the streamers, before making her way to the table.

Danny had carved several pumpkins now, and was getting tired of it.
"Sir, i think i've done enough pumpkins, is there anything else i can do?" Danny asked, trying not to sound bored.
"Sure, go to the kitchen and help the others bake." Mr Agles pointed to the the kitchen door and Danny made his way in. It smelt like the bakery back home. He picked up a ghost shaped cake and started putting spooky shapes on it with icing.

Claire and Serra admired their work, the girls lounge was decorated, ready for the party tonight. The knew not many people would be going since most people enjoy halloween. But still, they enjoyed the fact they'd have more room.

Alexa put a tray full of raw muffins in the oven before shuting the small door with a satisfying clang. She headed towards the sink and sang under her breath as she cleaned the untensils and bowls. A few other people were baking too and it was warm and cosy in the kitchen.

Saphira finally poked her head out from under her covers and got dressed. What was she going to do today? She decided to do the washing so it was out of the way. She took the washing out of Sophies washing basket and stripped her sheets off the bed before heading to the laundry room.

"What good will that do they will stil be visable it will only make them look differant" Tyler stated as Marine walked in with a plate of food and sat down.
"You going to come to the party?" she asked Tyler who sghurgged in response

Kyra was trying on her outfit secretly, it looked great and was very original but she hoped that the skirt wasnt too short as it would make her look like a prostitute.

Seth decided to go next door, he was bored but as soon as he opened the door an inch it was slammed back. Marine leant against the wood desperatly glancing at Josh who called.
"Err just a minute im changing"
Marine gestured towards the wardrobe and Tyler crammed himself in with his knees under his chin, it was uncomfortable but it would do. Marine stepped away from the door and Seth flung it open before glancing suspicously at Marine and Josh...if he had been getting changed what was SHE doing in there.

"Hi..." grinned Josh nervously. "We're just practicing a surprise play for the halloween party!" he cried.
"It's a surprise." said Marine.
"I'm afraid you can't see." said Josh while pushing Seth lightly towards the door.

Seth removed Josh's hands from him and said
"Yes...well it seems i caught you at a bad time" he said as she walked out frowning.

Tyler edged out of the wardrobe, it took like 10 minutes and took a few gasps of air, it was very hard to breathe like that.

Marine sighed, he had sooooo got the wrong idea!
